To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

SpacedSmart offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds may be provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact spacerephelp@gmail.com for refund requests.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or subscription to others
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and trademarks, is owned by SpacedSmart and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Content: LeetCode problems and solutions referenced within the Service are the property of LeetCode and their respective authors. We provide links and references to facilitate your learning but do not claim ownership of third-party content.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service (notes, reflections, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that using SpacedSmart will result in job offers, passing technical interviews, or any specific outcomes. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, existing knowledge, and interview performance.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACEDSMART AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at spacerephelp@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
